Here's some information regarding application to be a stockist or Business Owner Support Centre (BOSC) in Australia.

You may operate from a shop-based or house-based facility

SHOP BASED

REQUIREMENTS 

  1. Operation Hours
      1. Your operating hours will match the operating hours of the shop or shopping mall.
      1. You are required to be physically present at the centre at all times during operation hours. However, you may have a break of a duration not more than half an hour.
 
  1. Space Requirements
      1. You will need to allocate 10 square meters or 110 square feet for racks/shelves dedicated to displaying eCosway products & keeping stocks.
     
  1. Supply of products
      1. Except with the prior written consent of eCosway, during the currency of this agreement, the premises may not be used for any business involved in the supply of products and services that are competitive to the products and services of eCosway.
     
  1. Hardware (you will need to prepare these at your own expense)

YOUR BENEFITS 

  1. Commission/Handling Charges
 
      1. You will receive 12% of the net invoice amount from all eCosway product sales.

      1. You will receive payment every month. We will credit the amount into your bank account.
 
 
  1. Security on Consignment Stocks
 
    1. All stocks will be consigned to you. You will not have to pay for the goods up front.
    2. No deposit is required if you own the premises from which your BOSC will be run, or if the BOSC is conducted from a retail shop lease by you personally, or if there is an equity on the premise (ie, there is an outstanding mortgage on the premises) Otherwise, a AUD$5,000 refundable deposit is required.

HOME BASED

REQUIREMENTS

 

  1. Operation Hours
      1. Your centre must be in operation from Monday to Friday; from 11.00am to 7.00pm, Saturday 11.00am to 4.00pm.
      1. You are required to be physically present at the centre at all times during operation hours. However, you may arrange for a replacement to run the centre for you if you need to attend to urgent matters (e.g. pick up children from school).  Please keep the duration to a maximum of one hour if possible. If you will be gone longer and you are unable to get a suitable replacement, you will need to  announce it in advance and post a visible notice at your centre on the planned unavailability. This is so that your members and visitors can plan around the time you will be closed.

       

  1. Space Requirements
