My girlfriend has been brainwashed by this ACN multi level marketing scam.?
She dumped her last $500 to join and spends every waking hour trying to recruit more suckers into basically handing over $500, going to " Look at how rich I've become " . pep rallies, cooking dinner for strangers at the meetings she has at home, and what really sad, is that her fifteen year old daughter, who is supposed to be grounded, due to having stolen Moms credit card and going on a $500 spending spree in one day, is left home alone. Well, she's supposed to be, but gee??? Who really knows? Mom sure doesen't. She's busy believing she will be making $53000 by the third month and hold on to your hat. This regional vice pres, has her convinced that by the end of her first year could be making ONE MILLION DOLLARS If that were the case, our economy would have been straightened out long ago with every citizen bringing home a cool million each year What should I do? How should I act

Question about paying taxes with multi level marketing?
my mum has a little business doing multi level marketing. at the end of the month, she sometimes orders products on behalf of some of her 'downline' to make the figures up. the stuff is sent to her and she pays for it herself. but she says she can't put these payments in as an expense for her taxes, and that is the rule in mlm. is that correct? thanks for any answers.

I have to do a paper for school, this Tuesday was my first day of college, I read some articles about multi level marketing, but do not understand it at all. please some information on what it is

How come out of all the multi level marketing schemes Vaisalus is....?
so forceful and desperate to get new members. I have been offered from MLMs like Primerica and Cutco but they took my word when I said no. My close friends just joined Vaisalus and are hooked to the company. I refused to join their cult like sales team yet they still bother me. They were cool at first but now all they call me for now is to join their stupid company. They seem to be deaf too when I told them my parents won't allow me to use my credit or debit card since they are the primary holders and they won't allow any challange parties at my home. I am more suspicious about the company and did my own research. The product itself has made people lost tremendous amount of weight but taking a nutrition class I learned that you should never consume less than 1500 calories a day. Each Visalus shake is 100 calories meaning you eat less than a 1000 calories a day. The company claims that you get all the vitamins and nutrients in one easy shake but learning from my nutrition class your body can only absorb so many vitamins and minerals per hour and if you overload it just comes out of your piss. All in all anyone can lose weight by being malnurished for 10 times less than what Vaisalus is charging.

How do you start a multi level marketing scheme?
I understand that I need to register a business that sells something like vitamins, drinks, beauty products, plasticware, etc. Then I should rent office space, or a nice house and attract people to my business in either job interviews or direct job offers. After they pay a large sum for their franchise, I should let people sell my product and collect 10 % commission while I keep 90 % immediately after enrolling new associates, I should " expand" my company to a new city and hope that someone will actually sell my product that bought a franchise, so I can collect, but I will need to start the process over since selling franchises is more profitable. Is this pretty accurate? What am I forgetting? How should the finances be arranged? oh yeah, it is a triangle structure with no bottom line not a pyramid remember, pyramid schemes do not offer a product for sale and people at the bottom cannot make money anyone can make money w my system if they put forth enough hard work by soliciting sales. So, who's on board, let's go sell some crap?anybody else??
