there are many dietary supplements from usana and one of them is called 'BIOMEGA" it countains concentrated fish oil and omega 3's.i asked questions about atkins and people recommended me to take supplements with omega 3 in it... what exactly does that do for u?

Hi. I just have a quick question about this stuff.My boyfriend's friend is an associate of Usana. The package is $120 to help with weight loss. He said that the people he's sold it to have lost from 10 pounds to almost 100 pounds. As an average sized woman size 11 jeans, medium tshirt, curvy body i want to try this out, but i know that its hard for women to lose weight. For men its easier, i forget why. but yeah. If i do decide to take this product i'll be going to the gym im going to the gym even if i don't get this stuff , and i'll see what happens. but my only concern is if it doesn't work. Many people say it works, and according to the salesperson, he said its the top of the line diet supplement right now.
